Well I got my MB yesterday, and an waiting on my HS and fan.

I'm going from a ASUS A7N8X Deluxe, Barton 2500+ , 512 of Geil 400ram

to a ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe , a 2.8 (which I got for 100$ ;) ) and 512 of HyperX 466 , I got the ram for free ;) and I plan on adding another 512 kit later on, but for now this will work fine. Can't wait to see this in action, this will be my first P4 ever, so I have high expectations for it.

I'll let ya know before and after benchies after i get the HS and Fan and get it together!.

Well got it installed, I'm running at 30C idle, haven't had a chance to put a load on it yet, going to play some BFV , I benched my last system and got a 14000 on 2001 3D and with this I got a 15500, nice increase.

depends on case temp but i run around that with the asus MB you are runing 35c....


is that stock cooling tho?

I see you got some nice ram i would recomend the XP-120 heatsink with that and you can overclock that a great deal.
