go amd, you'll save 100 bucks easy...haha the choice is your though...looks like a nice system, i take it the 500 dollar price limit went out the window...lol

I would get prescott.

get the XP-120 with 120mm fan.

its much better and blows eveything otta the water


and if you want get faster ram "ONLY" if you are going to Overclock and if you are not planing on overclocking really no need for after market heatsink eather.

well, I'd also say go AMD. but, just a personal preference. If you are going to overclock though, I'd say you've got about the perfect set-up. If you aren't an overclocker, I'd just use a stock cpu fan, (so buy it retail not oem, then it comes w/ a fan), and buy a cheaper case. then you would have extra money to just throw at a faster processor. Otherwise, you've got a great setup for overclocking. If you've never done it, just ask someone around here for a little advice, theres more to it then meets the eye sometimes. gotta make sure you burn it in nice and good, lol. :)
