Changing fan speeds 6800 Ultra

Anybody knows a "prog" or device to regulate the fan speeds on a BFG 6800 Ultra ?
Like you all know it's set at 100% at booting then when tho OS loads it's going down to 50% I guess.
I want to control the fan speed from 0-100% when I want it.
Expertool works, but it is annoying because it's changing every second.
Any ideas????

I think thats common, your fans never spin at an exact rpm, they always vary a little bit.
I don't know any tools for reading the video card fan, though.
