If you were there you woulda been able to see the reasons behind it & have your say........ but noooooooooo u decided to dissapear all day! :roll:

Anyway, the reasons behind it are..

A lot of people avoided FB to try & avoid the useless posts & spam; the forum was rarely used for posting flame type material.. & if it was then a normal flame type post might get lost between all the spam & others might not bother reading it since it's in FB. Splitting the forums up solves this... the "flames" part is geared toward people to be able to have a rant about whatever so naturally that forum was the one to pickup on that name & flamebait wasn't chosen so as to avoid confusion with the old FB & all the spam etc it contained.

Also, a forum I used to visit used to have a dedicated flames forum & some really funny stuff used to get posted there.... having a flames only forum here where people don't need to wade through all the spam/useless posts to be able to contribute to the flames forum will be better for the forum overall.
