Please Help!

Ok I just got my new 9800 Pro and I dont think my crappy P4 1.5 is pushing it good enough so I was gonna get a new proccesser but i have a Dell and it cant be upgraded. So can anyone tell me if any of these mother boards are any good. I dont no Crap about motherboards.

I don't know much about upgrading Dell's so can't help

Is Dell ATX form factor, just make sure the board fits, that's all. Make sure the back plate will fit also in that case for those mobos.
