you cant save it directly to a file from the flash thing, but you can record it using most simple sound programs by just selecting "stereo mix" as the input option and adjusting the volume accordingly

ah...its back...it was down yesterday...thats what i usually use...

and no Dwells...my ISP doesnt offer it anymore...kinda sucks as I would rather have file hosting and still have 5m/512k speeds than the 8m/1m speeds with no hosting.
