Honestly, I don't care what they do for naming schemes. A company that was once the industry leader is now severely lagging behind nVidia. Whatever they do, they better do it quick and they better do it well. I used to be a diehard AMD/ATi fan, but both companies have fallen to their competitors in recent times.

Dwells what are you talking about yeah sure the 8800 series cards are fantanstic but ATI had a great comeback with the 2600 and 2900 card. The 2900XT get much better benchmarks than it compeditor 8800GTS not the GTX which it dosen't fall far behind from, plus the drives unlike Navida gives you better performance increase which Navida does not. Are you judging on other reviews or have you used any of the new ATI cards ummmmmm:duh:

ya but the only way ATI could come back to the 8800 was to make there card 30" long and have heat problems still

btw nice spelling
Like dwells said, "pot calling the kettle black." You have **** for spelling more often than not. Can you even spell the word "that"? It seems it always comes out "tat", which is one of the regulatory genes of HIV....
LOL YOU GOT AIDS!
And not only that, you can't end a sentence without lol on the end of it. It's really annoying, which is why I rarely reply to your posts, and also why no one listens to you in the general advice section. I know you probably aren't stupid but, your posts sure don't help your case.

"tat" is a habbit of mine carried over from socializing and feeling the needs to speed up the message. i guess you dont know about "tat" since u might be socially challanged. reasons why i say "lol" all the time is a sign of friendly gesture. i believe the turn kettle black meant hipocryte and by all means i wasn't aiming for perfect english. just enough to understand is good enough for. and i really REALLY don't give a **** about u answering my post or bulletin. i guess this is what i get for trying to stay friendly.
good day and good bye

He wasn't trying to be rude, he's letting you know that all of us appreciate better grammar. In general people pay more attention to those that observe the unspoken rules, you'll notice that most of us tend to spell correctly and try to have good grammar. It's like that in real life too, why should our unspoken words be any different. It doesn't have to be perfect of course, but don't put effort into making it look worse. Leaving a letter off here and there doesn't speed up your typing, and it makes it harder for us to understand.

"tat" is a habit of mine, carried over from socializing and feeling the need to speed up the message. If you don't know about "tat", you might be socially challenged. The reason why I say "lol" all the time, is because it is a sign of friendly gesture. I believe the phrase "pot calling the kettle black" meant hypocrite. Good day and goodbye
There, fixed it for you. And yes the phrase does mean hypocrite, which you were being. You were calling someone out for poor spelling while you are an exemplar of poor spelling. If you were trying to type properly, then it would be different. But you don't, and so it isn't.
I wasn't aiming for perfect English, just enough to understand is good enough for me.
Which you generally fail at and is why I'm writing these responses. If you want people to take your advice you have to sound like you know what you are talking about. A person asking about how to upgrade their computer will listen to someone with a clear response over someone with a misspelled, barely understandable, response. Why? Because they, whether in the back of their mind or the present consciousness, see proper spelling and coherent thought as a sign of intelligence and knowledge.
This is a technical forum, not an instant messenger. Responses don't require immediate attention because it isn't a live chat. Taking a few seconds to make yourself clear will not hurt you, it can only help. Rather than trying to make yourself just clear enough to be understood, try being so clear as not to be misunderstood.
I understand you are being friendly, and it's much appreciated. The "lol" thing is just really annoying when you seemingly start, fill with, and end all posts with it. I admit to doing it too often myself at times unless I'm trying to make a post where I'm helping someone.
And I really REALLY don't give a **** about you answering my posts.
That's fine. I don't mind that at all. :) I notice, however, you do mind if others take your advice or not in the varied sections of the forums. Which is the reason I wrote anything. I came across much ruder than I intended because you can't hear the tone in my voice (and my day was kinda piss poor when I wrote that), and for that I apologize. I didn't mean to come across so harshly. Aclays phrased it much better than I did...

My apologies for the severity of my response. People here, whether n00b or regular, truly appreciate a clear, understandable response.
