Default Hello There! Not new, but it's been a while

    Hello everybody,

Wanted to say hello as it's been a while. I also finally bought a new PC. Below are the specs. It's the first time I've ever bought a PC completely in parts, and choosing each part myself, so let me know what horrible mistakes I've made in my choices.

I've haven't put it together yet but will hopefully this weekend.

    CPU: Intel i5 750
    Mobo: Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4
    RAM: 4GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600MHz
    PSU: Antec 750W Truepower New
    CPU Fan: Noctua NH-U12P SE2
Graphics: XFX ATi HD 5870 XT 1GB
    HDD1: WD 1TB Caviar Black
    HDD2: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
    Case: SilverStone Raven RV02

    So how is everyone?

Married and a kid? Congratulations man! Boy or a girl?

Not much has been happening with me. Working full time in Network support, though I'm occasionally doing some short courses to gain some qualifications

    Congratulations on the marriage Animegears!

Yeah, finally put the PC together and it's going well. But unfortunately I've jumped from Windows XP straight into Windows 7 64 Bit and it's annoying, but I might get use to it.

Yeah it just takes some time. I had to have a job where we used vista enterprise x64 before I was comfortable with slapping 7 on my box. It's not too shabby once you relearn your way around.

    And thanks for the congrats!
