Other than Fraps?

Anyone know of any other good video capturing program other than Fraps that works with Steam games and is free or less than $10 (lol unrealistic I know) as I'm not digging that 30 second limit...

I've tried other programs but never found anything that did as good a job.

fraps won't record cs1.6 very well for me though, even at half size, no audio, 25-60fps it seems to take cs to a crawl =/

I'll give that a try, last time I used it wasn't too pleased with the results but it seems it that as far as free goes, the only other reasonable alternative...
